Amesos:
Direct Sparse Solver Package in
Trilinos. As the principal architect of
Amesos, I am responsible for the design of the interface as well as coding,
testing and documentation.
Scalapack: A library of
high-performance linear algebra routines for distributed-memory
message-passing MIMD computers and networks of workstations. My work focused on the symmetric eigensolver,
and on improving and documenting performance.
Mammalian Genome Project:
While working at the MIT/Whitehead institute for genome research (now
the
Broad Instittute of MIT, Harvard), I re-designed the code that has now grown to become
the premier public domain code for assembling entire genomes for mammalian
species. |
