Presently
on contract to
Sandia National Labs as the principal architect of
Amesos, the sparse direct solver package
in
Trilinos, which provides a common object
oriented interface to a number of solvers, including SuperLU, SuperLU_MPI,
UMFPACK, KLU, MUMPS and DSCPACK. I have
also worked in computational biology as consultant for Sandia and earlier for
the
Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. While a
graduate student at
UC Berkeley, I
worked on
ScaLAPACK, the distributed memory parallel version of the linear
algebra package
LAPACK. |
